David Kessler & Associates represents developers of condominiums and cooperatives in the registration process and the preparation of public offering statements. We also represent and counsel numerous condominium and cooperative associations in their day-to-day business activities and in various litigation matters.

David Kessler & Associates’ condominium and cooperative practice includes:

  • Effectively negotiating and closing unit sale and purchase contracts;
  • Forming homeowners’ and condominium associations;
  • Serving as counsel at board and annual meetings;
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts for the management, maintenance, repair and operation of communities;

  • Refinancing existing mortgages.
