DAVID KESSLER is an accomplished transactional lawyer and litigator, concentrating his practice in real estate and business matters.  Mr. Kessler represents a wide variety of real estate owners, investors, REITS, developers, lenders, condominium associations, cooperatives and professional management companies, as well as large and small business owners.

He counsels clients in the formation, acquisition, financing, leasing, conversion and sale of commercial, multi-family and residential real estate as well as the acquisition, financing and sale of business assets.  Mr. Kessler has extensive experience with loan workouts, purchases of notes and mortgages, deed-in-lieu of foreclosure transactions and title issues.

Mr. Kessler litigates matters related to real estate and business disputes, title issues, Sheriff’s sales, tax appeals, condominium and cooperative issues, foreclosures and landlord-tenant matters.

Mr.Kessler is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania graduating from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1982 and Brandeis University in 1979.
