Adam S. Kessler is a real estate and business attorney who represents investors, lenders and business owners in New Jersey, Florida and New York.

In his transactional practice, Adam represents investors in the purchase, sale, financing and leasing of commercial, multifamily and residential property and private lenders in originating, modifying and enforcing their loans. He also counsels clients on title issues, Sheriff’s sale acquisitions and the business arrangements driving their investments.

As a litigator, Adam handles real estate and business disputes from inception through trial and appeal, including contract and partnership disputes, mortgage foreclosures, specific performance actions, commercial landlord-tenant and lease guaranty litigation, and collection and judgment enforcement. Adam evaluates each case strategically, pairing forceful advocacy with a practical focus on the outcome his clients seek to achieve.

Adam was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2026. Many of his clients have relocated to Florida or are investing and conducting business there. With family and friends in the state, and an early connection to Miami as a Summer Law Clerk in the Complex Business Litigation Court, Florida was a natural extension of Adam’s practice.

Adam earned his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, with concentrations in Real Estate and Litigation, and his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University. During law school, he also worked in the legal department of Morgans Hotel Group and at the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development.
