Investment Real Estate
Our firm regularly represents real estate investors. In addition to traditional real estate acquisition, financing and sales, our clients are involved in purchase of notes and mortgages, deed-in-lieu of foreclosure transactions, Sheriff’s sales and and sale-leaseback transactions. We have the expertise and resources to handle these transactions from start to finish in a cost-effective manner. Our attorneys, paralegals and staff have particular expertise in resolving complex real estate title issues.
Commercial Acquisitions and Sales
Our firm represents investors in the acquisition and sale of commercial, office, warehouse, industrial and multi-family properties, including negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, due diligence investigations, title issues, purchase money and institutional mortgage financing, the purchase of notes and mortgages and closings.
We have experience in all facets of commercial leasing. We prepare, negotiate and review leases and subleases for office, industrial, retail and warehouse space, as well as rooftop antenna leases and commercial brokerage agreements. We also handle commercial and residential landlord-tenant litigation.

We represent individuals and investors in the purchase, sale and refinancing of residential properties, including properties purchased at Sheriff’s sales, REOs and short sales. Our services include title and contract review, financing and inspection reports and closing.
Real Estate Tax Appeals
We are active in contesting real estate assessments and valuations. Many of our clients are finding that their municipal property tax assessments exceed the value of their properties. We prosecute commercial and residential property tax appeals and have realized significant savings for our clients.
