Acquisitions and Sales

We represent buyers and sellers of multifamily, including apartment buildings and multifamily portfolios, mixed-use, office, retail, warehouse and industrial properties. Our services include negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, due diligence, resolution of title issues, entity and joint venture structuring, Section 1031 exchanges and closing.

We counsel investors on the issues particular to these properties, including financing and we continue to represent owners after closing in refinancing and landlord-tenant matters.

Financing

We represent borrowers in purchase money, institutional and private mortgage financing, including agency, CMBS and SBA loans and loans with mezzanine components. Investment and Distressed Real Estate

Our clients are active in the purchase of notes and mortgages, deed-in-lieu of foreclosure transactions, Sheriff’s sales and sale-leasebacks. Our attorneys and paralegals are experienced in resolving the title issues that frequently accompany these transactions.

Commercial Leasing
